How to Configure MFA

Configure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) – First-Time Login


1. Sign in to the Office Portal using your email and password.
2. On your first login, you will be prompted to configure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
3. If you have not already installed an authenticator app, download and install Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile device.

4. Once click the next button, follow the on-screen instructions to link your account with the Microsoft Authenticator app by scanning the QR code. (Make sure that the QR is scan using the app)

5. After the account is successfully added, click next and the page will display a 2-digit number on your desktop screen

6. A notification will appear in the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device.
7. Open the notification and enter the 2-digit number displayed on your computer into the Authenticator app.
8. Tap Yes or Approve to complete the verification.
9. MFA setup is now complete, and you will be signed in to the Office Portal.
