1. Open the Microsoft Teams Download Page
Go to the official Microsoft Teams download page:

2. Download Microsoft Teams
- On the page, click Download for Windows.
- The Teams installer will begin downloading.
3. Install Microsoft Teams
- Open your Downloads folder.
- Double-click the downloaded Teams installer.
- If Windows asks for permission to make changes to your device, click Yes.
- Wait for the installation to complete.
4. Open Microsoft Teams
- Click the Start menu.
- Search for Microsoft Teams.
- Click Microsoft Teams to open the application.
5. Sign In
- Sign in using your Microsoft work or school account.
- If prompted, complete any required Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or organizational sign-in steps.
If You Can't Download or Install Teams
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
- Try downloading Teams using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
- Restart your PC and try the installation again.
