Before You Begin
Before setting up your email on a mobile device, make sure you have:
- Your email address and password.
- A stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
- Already signed in to the web version of Microsoft 365 Portal or Outlook.
Setup Instructions
1. Download and install Outlook app
2. Open the Outlook app on your mobile device.
3. Tap Add Account.
4. Enter your email address, then tap Continue.
5. Outlook will automatically detect your email provider and account settings.
6. Enter your password, then tap Sign In.
7. If prompted, complete any Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or other organizational sign-in requirements.
8. Allow the requested permissions, such as notifications, contacts, or calendar access, according to your preference.
9. Once setup is complete, Outlook will begin syncing your emails automatically.
Setup Complete
Your email account is now configured in the Outlook mobile app. You can open Outlook to view your inbox and access your email, calendar, and other supported features.
