For iPhone (iOS) Users:
- Open the App Store
- Unlock your iPhone and go to the App Store.
- Search for Microsoft Outlook
- Tap on the Search icon and type Microsoft Outlook.
- Download & Install
- Tap Get, then Install (you may need to enter your Apple ID password or use Face ID/Touch ID).
- Open the Outlook App
- Once installed, tap Open to launch Outlook.
- Sign in with Microsoft 365
- Enter your M365 email address (e.g.,
yourname@company.com) and tap Add Account.
- Enter your M365 email address (e.g.,
- Enter Your Password
- Type your Microsoft 365 password and tap Sign In.
- Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (if required)
- Approve the login request via Authenticator app, SMS, or email verification.
- Enable Notifications (Optional)
- You may be asked to allow notifications for new emails—choose Allow or Don’t Allow.
- Finish Setup
- Your emails, contacts, and calendar will now sync.
- Tap Skip if you don’t want to add another account.
For Samsung (Android) Users:
- Open the Google Play Store
- Unlock your Samsung phone and open the Play Store.
- Search for Microsoft Outlook
- In the search bar, type Microsoft Outlook.
- Download & Install
- Tap Install and wait for the app to download.
- Open the Outlook App
- Once installed, tap Open to launch Outlook.
- Sign in with Microsoft 365
- Enter your M365 email address and tap Continue.
- Enter Your Password
- Type your Microsoft 365 password and tap Sign In.
- Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (if required)
- Approve the login request via Authenticator app, SMS, or email verification.
- Enable Notifications (Optional)
- Tap Allow if you want to receive email notifications.
- Finish Setup
- Your emails, contacts, and calendar will now sync.
- Tap Skip if you don’t want to add another account.
Final Check:
✅ Ensure the Outlook app is syncing emails properly.
✅ If login fails, check your Microsoft 365 password and MFA settings.
