Steps to Disable Ghost Calls on Yealink Devices

  1. On your Yealink device press the Ok button on the phone to get the IPv4 address
  2. Enter the address into a web browser and click Enter
  3. Input the login credentials which are:
    • Default Username: admin
    • Default Password: admin
  4. Click on the Features tab and then go to General Information

  5. Scroll down and enable “Accept SIP Trust Server Only”
  6. Next, disable “Allow IP Call"
  7. Click Confirm to save the changes made
