- Log into Microsoft 365 Defender as an administrator.
- Under Email & Collaboration go to Policies & Rules
- Under Policies & Rules click on Threat policies
- Select Anti-spam
- Click on Anti-spam outbound policy (Default)
- Scroll down and click on Edit protection settings link at the bottom of the side pane
- Under Forwarding Rules pull down the Automatic Forwarding Rules list and choose On – Forwarding is enabled
- Click Save at the bottom
