If your Outlook emails are stuck in the Outbox, try the following solutions to fix the issue:
Solution 1: Resend the email.
Sometimes, the email gets stuck due to a temporary network issue. Resending the email is the easiest way to fix this issue.
To resend an email:
1. Go to Outlook.
2. Click on Send/Receive tab.
3. Click on Send/Receive All Folders.
4. Recheck after the progress indicator fills up.
Solution 2: Check your internet connection.
If your internet connection is weak or disconnected, the email will remain in the Outbox until the connection is restored. You can try checking your internet connection by opening a web page or performing a speed test.
Solution 3: Delete the email.

2. Click on Account Settings, then Account Settings again.
3. Here, choose the Data Files tab and then click on the Outlook data file.
4. Click on the Repair button and follow the on-screen instructions.
Solution 7: Update Outlook.
If you are using an outdated version of Outlook, it could be the reason why your emails are stuck in the Outbox.
To update Outlook:

2. Choose the Office Account.
