Clear Microsoft Teams Cache in Windows

1.  Close the Microsoft Teams application if it still running.

2.  Press the Windows key + R key to the open Run dialog box.

3.  Then, enter %appdata%\Microsoft\Teamsin the Run dialog box and click OK.

4.  Delete all the files and folders in the Teams folder, except for the 'Cache' folder.

5.  Open the 'Cache' folder and delete all the files and folders inside.

6.  Restart Microsoft Teams.
